Position: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Accountant to manage our financial operations with a focus on

payment receivables

and team supervision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

4 years of accounting experience

, preferably in the catering or hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts Monitor client payments and follow up on outstanding balances Train and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain financial records in compliance with internal policies and external regulations Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis Coordinate with other departments to support business operations Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems and processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 4 years of accounting experience (catering or hospitality industry preferred) Proven experience in handling

payment receivables and collections

Strong personality with the ability to

lead and train a small team

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) Able to work independently and handle pressure Must be available to

join immediately
