We are a growing shared accommodation provider in Dubai, managing housing solutions for over 1,200 tenants, including males, females, and families. Our tenants pay monthly, weekly, and daily rents ranging from AED 500 to AED 10,000. We are looking for a
Senior Accountant
to join our team and work alongside our existing accountant to streamline financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Invoicing & Payments Management
: Track and manage tenant payments (monthly, weekly, and daily) and ensure timely collections.
Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
: Maintain accurate financial records, track expenses, and prepare financial statements.
Budgeting & Expense Control
: Analyze company expenses and implement cost-saving strategies.
Tax & Compliance Management
: Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other financial reporting standards in the UAE.
Reconciliation & Audits
: Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and assist with financial audits.
Data Management & Excel Work
: Use
Excel
to organize financial records, generate reports, and manage tenant accounts efficiently.
Coordination with Management
: Work closely with the owner and other departments to improve financial processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in accounting, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(advanced level preferred).
Strong understanding of
financial reporting, VAT, and bookkeeping
.
Fluent in
English & Urdu/Hindi
(for communication with diverse tenants and vendors).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Available for a 1-week paid trial period before full-time hiring.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
