Seeking a Livewire Individual, who is eager to work in a Dynamic Company, owning and managing Holiday Homes in Dubai .

The Role expects the candidate to have a hands on knowledge of the Holiday Homes Business in Dxb. and is well versatile in handling the communication, registration, checking in & out, calendar managing, Inquiries, of all guests from across the world @ any hour of the day.

DET, DTCM, handling and managing the monthly payments and other requirements and needs.

Familiarity with all Holiday Homes Portals, like Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Property finder and many more.

Handling the guests requests and/or grievances etc. tactfully and with dignity & respect.

Managing & handling Cleaning Services, Furnishing , Maintenance Companies.

Preparing monthly Financial /Revenue Statements for all the Units, taking into account all Booking Revenues, Fees, Commissions , Repairs & Maintenance, DEWA, DU, etc.

Fixing the Daily Rates of each Unit as per market norms , seasonality changes, area wise, etc.

A Valid Driving License is essential for fulfilling the above responsibilities.
