The role requires you to provide invaluable insights that will drive the profitability and efficiency of our construction projects.

Contract Management

?Review consultant, contractors, and subcontractors' contracts to ensure alignment with company standards and highlight any issues that could affect the project. ? Ensure that all project contracts protect the company's best interests as a client. ? Review project BOQ to ensure data accuracy, scope of work allocations, timeline,and budget. ? Prepare project feasibility studies. ? Provide financial reports and analysis to assist in contract price negotiations

Projects Monitoring

? Manage all financial transactions related to projects and prepare detailed financial reports. ? Handle consultant, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers payments according to project progress. ? Monitor project expenses and cash flow. ? Prepare project financial statements and projection reports.

Variation Monitoring and Control

? Analyze project costs to identify savings and control expenditures. ? Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency and highlight any costdeviations from the project budget. ? Monitor project progress on-site and against the timeline as per the contract. ? Raise and monitor variation requests

4. Purchase

? Process all LPOs related to projects in accordance with the approved supplier list and materials.

?Organize projected purchases for the project and ensure timely delivery of materials on-site.

? Source new suppliers and subcontractors to further develop the approved supplier list ? Assist in price negotiation

5. Coordination

?Collaborate with project engineers and management to track project progress against the budget and timeline.?Provide financial reports and timelines to highlight the project status, including progress monitoring, timeline, budget, variations, pending purchases, unresolved project concerns, and others.? Assist in project audits when needed

6. Other Responsibilities

? Provide assistance to the Accounts Manager in daily operations when needed. ? Handle and oversee KAY Hospitality accounts.
? Perform any other responsibilities as may be required by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Experience:

Senior Account in Construction company: 8 years (Required)
License/Certification:
