We take pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, and we're looking for a skilled Senior Accountant with construction accounting experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.

Oversee job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and project profitability reports.

Handle construction-specific billing, including AIA billings and lien waivers.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and project cost controls.

Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and executives on financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).

5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction accounting practices, WIP, and job costing.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
