Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel across designated sites and premises. Ensure 24/7 security coverage of the site, including night shifts and public holidays. Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols and procedures. Monitor and control access to site and premises - issue ID cards, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with access policies. Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the premises to detect and prevent any suspicious activity or security breaches. Respond to incidents, alarms, or emergencies in a prompt and effective manner. Coordinate with local authorities (police, civil defense, etc.) during security incidents when necessary. Maintain records of security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management. Oversee installation and maintenance of security systems like CCTV, alarm systems, and perimeter fencing. Train new security staff and ensure they understand their duties and follow company and site-specific protocols. Monitor compliance with site-specific safety and security regulations (including permit to work, material movement, etc.). Report and escalate major incidents or risks to the Project Manager or senior management.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
