Accommodation In-Charge / Supervisor
Job Purpose:
The Accommodation In-Charge / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing staff accommodation provided by the company. This role ensures maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of the living facilities, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all aspects of employee accommodation facilities. Allocate rooms and maintain up-to-date records of occupancy and vacancies. Ensure proper maintenance of rooms, common areas, and utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.). Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair of plumbing, electrical, and other facility issues. Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards are maintained. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and municipality regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Administration, or a related field. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and housing standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to handle conflicts and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication in English; knowledge of Arabic & Hindi is a plus. UAE Motorcycles License is a plus.
