: Jewelry Showroom In-Charge - Dubai

Key responsibilities

Showroom Management: Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, organized displays, and secure handling of jewelry

Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales team performance; Exceed targets; Provide VIP customer service; Implement revenue strategies, and manage customer relations; Build and maintain a high-end client base (VIPs, tourists, investors)

Team Leadership and Training: Train and supervise sales staff; Conduct regular training; Provide performance feedback for continuous improvement

Inventory and Stock Management: Manage stock records; Conduct audits; Coordinate inventory updates; Ensure proper documentation of jewelry

Security and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to security protocols; Ensure Dubai's jewelry trade regulations and store policies; Monitor systems to prevent theft or fraud

Business Development and Reporting: Analyze market trends; Generate sales reports; Develop marketing strategies to enhance showroom performance; Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events

Education and Experience

5+ years of experience in jewelry retail, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Previous experience in luxury retail or gold & diamond jewelry sales preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic and any other languages are a plus)

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and luxury jewelry Proficiency in inventory management software Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field

Salary and Benefits:

Salary:

AED:4000/-

per month (depending on experience)
Commission: Attractive incentives based on sales and showroom performance
Benefits: Visa, insurance, air ticket, and annual leave as per Dubai Labor Law

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
