We are looking for a well-presented, efficient, and highly organized
Receptionist cum Secretary
to join our team. This dual-role position requires someone who can professionally manage front desk responsibilities while also providing administrative support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area
Manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments
Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain filing systems and office records
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Discretion and confidentiality
English & Taglalogue Speaking Female candidate
