Key Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Managing Director and Project Director
Perform
Bank Reconciliation
and manage office
Petty Cash
and cash flow.
Make Proposal for clients.
Issue
VAT Invoices
and official receipts.
Coordinate with the insurance broker for company insurance policy renewal, including the addition and deletion of members.
Maintain and update files, ensuring timely retrieval of relevant information.
Provide administrative support to other staff members as required.
Ensure smooth coordination of incoming and outgoing information across various business functions.
Assist management with day-to-day
administrative
and
secretarial tasks
.
Ensure that all documents sent/received are securely stored and readily accessible.
Maintain office filing systems, including databases, correspondence files, and mailing lists.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in office software and filing systems.
At least familiar with
Tally Software.
Office Location: Airport Road, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
