QUALIFICATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support: Maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and relaying information.
Organization: Maintaining files, organizing documents, and managing databases.
Meetings and Events: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and coordinating events.
Travel Arrangements: Managing travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
Document Preparation: Typing, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
Support for Executives: Providing support to executives with their daily tasks and projects.
Confidential Information: Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining privacy.
Interdepartmental Communication: Acting as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
