. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing documentation, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and project teams.
Handle all incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and letters.
Maintain and organize project files, contracts, and confidential documents.
Prepare reports, letters, minutes of meetings, and other business correspondence.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Assist with procurement documentation, quotations, and follow-ups.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-organized office environment.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
Follow up on pending tasks with relevant departments or external parties.
Support HR/admin functions such as staff attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-4 years) in a similar role within the
contracting or construction industry
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of basic accounting and document control is an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Available to join immediately or with short notice preferred.

Working Hours: 8
working hours, 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Saturday
