Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized

Secretary cum Receptionist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also supporting administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally Answer and direct phone calls and emails Schedule meetings and manage calendars Maintain office supplies and records Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence Document control and filing systems Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholder.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Fluent in English
