Provide general administrative support to management and office staff.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Organize and maintain office files and records.
Document Control Duties:
Manage and maintain project documents and records (soft and hard copies).
Control and distribute technical documents, drawings, submittals, and reports.
Ensure document numbering, formatting, and archiving systems are in compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and external parties to ensure smooth document flow.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documents.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
