Job Title: Secretary Cum Administrative Assistant Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries. Prepare and maintain documents, records, and reports. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and deadlines. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Assist in the organization and coordination of office events and functions. Provide general administrative support as needed. Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
