We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Secretary cum Accountant Assistant to support our administrative and financial operations. This dual-role position is essential for ensuring smooth office functionality while assisting the accounting team with financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Organize and maintain office files and records. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Accounting Assistance:

Support the accounting department with data entry and bookkeeping tasks. Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Assist in reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
