We are looking for a responsible Secretary cum Admin to perform a variety of administrative, clerical tasks and providing support to General Manager and Sales Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
Prepare LPO, Quotations, Contracts as and when required.
Tender Estimation
You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company's workforce.
Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Requirements:-
Proven work experience as a Secretary or Sales Admin for at least 2-3 years
Preferable from cleaning products, equipment, chemical trading companies.
Fluency in English- Verbal and Written
Proficiency in MS Office
Must be locally available and ready to join immediately.
