Job Responsibilities are listed below but not limited to the following :
Answering Telephone calls, screen phone calls, assist visitors, and manage inquiries
Prepare proposal or quotation, prepare reports, presentations, documentation; assist with expenses and project coordination.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and official correspondence
Maintain proper filing systems and organizational records
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required and other duties as directed by the Managers.
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth communication across departments
