Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
Manage phone calls, emails, schedules, and office correspondence
Maintain and organize property files, listings, and client records
Assist in preparing real estate documents, agreements, and reports
Coordinate with agents, clients, and suppliers as required
Handle day-to-day office management and support functions
Monitor office supplies and assist in basic HR or accounting duties
Requirements:

Must have prior knowledge or experience in real estate

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
