Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare, review, and send official correspondence and emails professionally. Handle documentation for permits for event preparations. Manage and process office payments and bills (utilities, suppliers, etc.). Handle petty cash and support financial reporting. Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and general organization. Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and employee coordination. Assist management with scheduling, filing, and other administrative support as needed. Handle searching and negotiating with suppliers/vendors. Provide personalized support to the CEO, Project Managers, and team members.

Qualifications:



Female Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). Previous experience working in the UAE is a must. Currently based in the UAE and available to join as soon as possible. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential matters. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
