Personal Assistance to Chairman & Managing Director
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport.
Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications (e.g., Schengen, US, UK, etc.).
Maintain and update the executive calendar; schedule meetings and appointments.
Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support such as drafting emails, filing, and documentation.
Manage office supplies, courier services, and coordination with service providers.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Creative and Marketing Support
Design brochures, flyers, invitations, and other marketing or event materials.
Support in presentation preparation and formatting as required by management.
Assist in managing social media or digital content (if applicable).
Event Planning and Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, meetings, and functions.
Handle logistics such as venue booking, guest coordination, catering, and event materials.
Communication and Liaison
Act as a point of contact between the Chairman/MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors appropriately.
Other Duties
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chairman and MD.
Ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks and responsibilities.
