We are pleased to offer you the position of a female Secretary & document controller with our company. You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
You will be responsible also for managing, organizing, and controlling company documents in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Preparing letters, reports, and official documents
Organizing and maintaining office files
Assisting management with daily administrative tasks
Maintaining and updating document control systems
Ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents
Monitoring document versions and approvals
Distributing documents to relevant departments
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: 3000 to 4000QR as per experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
