Responsibilities:
Support the commercial team by preparing, formatting, and organizing documents such as contracts, payment applications, variations, and invoices.
Track and update logs for invoices, interim payment applications (IPAs), variations, and contractual correspondences.
Check all commercial documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and company standards before submission.
Control the distribution and retrieval of commercial documents between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
Assist in compiling documentation for audits, monthly reports, and project reviews.
Liaise with project coordinators, QS, and site teams to gather and verify commercial data and documentation as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Document Controller, with a specific focus on archiving.
In-depth knowledge of archiving best practices and document management systems.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
