Overview of the role:
Scrum Master must have an excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. Scrum Master also need to have the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with mind set on deliverables.
What you will do:
Scrum Master must have an excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. Scrum Master also need to have the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with mind set on deliverables.
What you will do:
- Manage each projects scope and timeline
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members xe2x80x98own the product and enjoy working on it
- Identify and manage risks and issues
