In this role you'll be the focal point to anything related Product Availability, Delivery Performance & DTC Excellence. You will own the performance management reviews with each cluster, represent EM in calls with global if required. You will drive e2e operational excellence and efficiency across all channels; you'll be a strong contributor to the strategy and be on the edge of "creating the new" to reach seamless consumer experience in the most efficient way. You will drive the DTC & Ecommerce set-up in Emerging markets.
You will act through driving deep analyses, providing insights, identify performance gaps, defining KPIs and actions to improve performance or to solve tough business problems and all this goes with strong collaboration and stakeholder management across dozens market and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own availability KPIs and Delivery Performance across Emerging Markets
Own ecommerce deployment across emerging markets
Own DTC excellence
Engage daily with all clusters, lead operational and performance related dialogues
Own the performance management reviews with each cluster
Drive deep analyses, providing insights, identify performance gaps
Represent Emerging Markets in performance review calls with the global team
Set-up an operational/financial excellence framework
Turn findings into actionable recommendations with associated root causes resulting in clear trade-offs and enabling decision making to drive improvement and influence key stakeholders
Facilitate with business stakeholder definition of operational, efficiency and project KPIs, SLAs, targets and measurement logics
Continually consider and leverage additional opportunities to improve reporting, root cause analyses, quality of findings and insights
Manage effective and timely communication on performance management based on an agreed drumbeat

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Hard skills:
Ecommerce experience is a must
Previous experience in a performance management function is a must
Strong end to end supply chain experience including international freight
Excellent analytical skills, ability to read/play with numbers, managing data from multiple sources and synthesize the complex data to develop innovative solutions
Knowing P&L structure, budgeting, SCM costs structure, ability to work with finance data
Solid presentation and storytelling skills
Good understanding of supply chain processes, impact on commercial and consumers (net sales, NPS, CLTV)
Good knowledge of project management principles and methodologies / Lean Six Sigma

Experience with data analytics - operational or financial
E-commerce experience
Performance management experience
Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
5+ years of relevant work experience
