School Cashier and Accountant

to join our administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily cash collections, deposits, and receipts Maintain accurate records of student fees and other transactions Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements Coordinate with the finance team for audits and compliance Assist in budgeting and forecasting Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial dealings

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a British Curriculum school Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) Strong numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of UAE school financial procedures is an advantage
