Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England
Teach GCSE and/or A-Level Drama with a focus on creativity, performance, and theory
Use data-driven instruction to ensure students meet ambitious learning goals
Contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum and assessment practices
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning
Participate in school events, extracurricular programs, and performance opportunities
Job Requirements
B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification in Secondary Education or relevant subject
Minimum of 2 years\' experience teaching Drama within a British curriculum school
Demonstrated excellence in classroom practice and student outcomes
Strong understanding of evidence-based teaching methodologies
Ability to foster ambition, responsibility, and courage in students
