ADNOC Approved Scaffolding SupervisorKey Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding activities at site in compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications. Inspect, verify, and approve scaffolding erections, modifications, and dismantling to ensure safety and quality. Prepare scaffolding plans, load calculations, and ensure proper materials and equipment are used as per project requirements. Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure all scaffolders follow HSE regulations. Ensure all scaffolding structures are tagged, documented, and meet ADNOC safety requirements before use. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, manpower allocation, and daily progress reports. Identify potential risks and hazards; implement corrective actions immediately to prevent incidents. Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and HSE personnel for smooth site operations. Ensure timely completion of scaffolding erection/dismantling activities to support project schedules. Train and guide scaffolders on safe working practices and ensure competency of the scaffolding team.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
