Our client is a prominent well-established conglomerate in UAE, with a legacy of excellence, they continue to expand their presence across the Middle East, shaping the region\'s retail, automotive, and real estate landscapes. From their commitment to innovation, they are implementing an ERP transformation project for their business, and they need a PMO Analyst with extensive experience in transformations and cloud SaaS implementations with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems.

- Assist the PMO Lead with administrative and operational tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with ATG and vendor project and program managers to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Monitor the progress of program streams and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Develop and maintain program-related documentation, such as project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
- Prepare reports on the status of the program and its KPIs and present them to stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder communication alongside the Change Management partner by ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of important changes and updates.
- Track and review risks and issues related to the program and develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Escalate risks and issues to the PMO Lead or other senior stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure that all artifacts delivered by the program meet the required quality standards.
- Support the quality assurance team in their activities, such as testing and review.
- 5 Years of experience, at least 3 years assisting large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Experience working within a PMO team directly with a senior project manager.
- Fluency in English is a MUST, and Arabic is a PLUS.
- Bachelors in business or any related field.
- Project Management training or certifications are a PLUS.
