The Project Management Office Assistant (Emirati National only, with family book) provides administrative and executive Support. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. PMO administrative tasks such as updating and creating reports, plans and other documentations relating to the framework, keeping track of project statuses and providing project support where necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the MENAT and Africa Operations Director and PMO head in Gulf and Africa region.
Learn the contractual project delivery activities of the Project in accordance with the BU guidelines and policies, with the objective of achieving the Project\xe2\x80\x99s turnover, operating income, Sales, Billing and cash targets.
Learn GED Grid Solutions framework and GE company value /Ethics charter
Prepare reports using internal tools such as MyProjects, Project Manager Forecast, etc.
Be competent with data modeling in excel with advanced level skills in MS Excel and PPT
Able to prepare and update Power Point Presentations
Compile meeting agendas and minutes
Update actions lists and chase actions holders
Be open to take on any other administrative task on ad-hoc basis
Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in the Project Management & Administrative Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
