Position Overview
Dicetek LLC is looking for a Sanctions Screening Specialist to support the implementation, validation, and fine-tuning of sanctions screening platforms. The role requires expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL tools, along with hands-on experience in data analysis, screening system optimization, and compliance frameworks.

What You'll Do

• Implement and fine-tune sanctions screening systems such as Fircosoft, Safewatch, Omni, or Siron
• Validate screening systems, manage lists, exclusions, and configure name and payment screening processes
• Conduct scenario testing and ensure accurate screening across multiple payment gateways
• Perform data profiling, data quality checks, lineage reviews, and completeness testing
• Carry out ATL/BTL testing to validate screening system performance
• Work with SQL, SSIS, Python, Power BI, and ETL tools for analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with compliance, IT, and vendor teams to enhance system efficiency
• Ensure alignment with model management standards and governance requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in sanctions screening systems and compliance technology
• Strong technical skills in SQL, SSIS, Python, Power BI, and ETL development
• Experience with Fircosoft, Safewatch, Omni, or Siron screening platforms
• Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payment gateways and compliance tags
• Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations and model management guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
