What You'll Do

• Act as the key liaison between technical and functional teams for sanctions system updates
• Conduct effectiveness reviews and scenario testing to ensure compliance accuracy
• Maintain detailed change logs documenting all system modifications
• Develop sanctions-related dashboards and metrics for management reporting
• Plan, coordinate, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements
• Monitor post-deployment system performance and recommend fine-tuning adjustments

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in sanctions systems, compliance technology, or banking platforms
• Strong knowledge of sanctions compliance processes and system configurations
• Hands-on experience in UAT planning, testing, and system performance monitoring
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
