We are urgently looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Salon Receptionist to join our team in JVC, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day salon operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
Manage salon appointments, bookings, and walk-ins efficiently.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
Maintain the salon's reception area in a clean and inviting condition.
Process payments (cash, card, online) and issue receipts accurately.
Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and products.
Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, and management for daily schedules.
Keep track of client records and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Philippine nationality preferred
Must be currently in Dubai and willing to commute or relocate to JVC
Can start immediately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, booking systems, etc.)
Freshers are welcome to apply -- training will be provided
