Key Responsibilities:
Salon Operations & Customer Experience:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the salon.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
Handle client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Implement policies and procedures for efficient workflow.
Team Management & Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staff coverage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage sales, inventory, and salon budgets.
Knowledge of the beauty industry trends and products.
Experience with salon software for bookings and reporting (preferred).
