We're Hiring: Salon Manager - Female Only

Are you a passionate and experienced professional ready to lead a growing beauty team?
We are looking for a Salon Manager who not only excels in management but also has hands-on experience in salon services.

? What We're Looking For:

A female candidate with prior experience in salon management Strong knowledge of beauty services (e.g., nails, hair, massage, waxing, etc.) Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to manage schedules, staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day salon operations Manage and train a team of beauticians Handle client bookings and ensure top-quality service Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards Monitor inventory and product usage Support in marketing campaigns and service promotions
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of salon experience (as a stylist/technician or manager) Ability to step in and assist with services when needed UAE experience preferred
