Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for digital marketing services.
Attend client meetings, events, and sales presentations.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed a monthly sales target of
AED 50,000

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and reports.
Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with sales assistants.
Compensation & Terms
Base Salary:
AED 10,000/month
Sales Target:
AED 50,000/month
Probation Period:
2 weeks
Note:If performance is below expectations or sales targets are not met, employment will be discontinued without salary.

Requirements
5-10 years of
sales experience in the UAE
, specifically in
digital marketing services
Strong understanding of
UAE business dynamics and client behavior
Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven with strong organizational skills
UAE driving license preferred
