Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of junior sales representatives.
Target Achievement & Performance Tracking
Ensure monthly sales targets of
AED 50,000
are met.
Track team performance and set smart, achievable goals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven sales experience (
senior-level preferred
)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Leadership and team coordination experience
Must be adaptable and able to align with company standards within 1 month
