mid-level Sales Executive

who is motivated, target-oriented, and ready to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

Implement sales tactics to drive leads and conversions. Align activities with the overall business goals.

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement

Meet or exceed the monthly sales target of

AED 25,000

. Maintain regular reporting and performance tracking.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing and senior sales teams to align on goals and strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant sales experience (Digital Marketing background is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Basic understanding of digital marketing services Must be adaptable and able to meet company expectations within 1 month

Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed Salary:

AED 5,000/month (upon achieving minimum monthly target)

Monthly Sales Target:

AED 25,000

Probation Period:

1 Month

Visa:

Provided after 3 months (based on performance)

This is a

performance-based role
