Job Description

We are seeking a

dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant

to support our sales operations for digital marketing services. This role involves a mix of

field sales, cold calling

, and

lead generation activities

, ideal for someone passionate about learning the ropes of sales in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct

cold calls

and

door-to-door visits

to identify potential clients

Book a minimum of 60 qualified meetings/month

with interested leads Assist in the preparation of sales materials (scripts, brochures, presentations, etc.) Support the main Salesperson during

client meetings, calls, and events

Help coordinate

logistics

for sales campaigns and marketing activities Maintain and update the

lead and contact database

accurately

marketing materials, leaflets, and sales kits

Sales training, scripts, and consistent team support

Compensation & Growth



Base Salary:

AED 2,000/month

Commission:

20% on direct sales you close independently

Probation Period:

2 weeks (performance reviewed based on booked meetings and lead activity) Opportunity to

grow into a full-time or senior sales role

upon consistent performance

Who We're Looking For



Some experience

in telesales, customer service, or field marketing preferred (freshers can apply)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A

positive, can-do attitude

with the ability to handle rejection professionally

Basic computer proficiency

for lead tracking and presentation creation Fluency in

English

; additional languages like

Arabic or Hindi

are a plus Must be

currently based in the UAE

and available to work on the ground
