Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Salesforce Technical Expert

to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customizations.

Remote India

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flows. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performing technical solutions. Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Provide architectural guidance on best practices for data modeling, security, performance tuning, and application scalability. Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and enforce development standards. Participate in Salesforce release management, including sandbox strategy, deployment, and version control.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. Strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community/Experience Cloud). Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.). Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Apex programming, LWC, Aura Components Salesforce Flows and Process Builder Salesforce DX and CLI Integration and Middleware (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.) Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines Test automation frameworks for Salesforce (e.g., Provar)

Functional Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent verbal and written communication Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams Client-facing experience is a plus

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory) Platform Developer II (Preferred) Salesforce Administrator * Application Architect or System Architect (a plus)
