Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Salesforce
Service Cloud
solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Manage and optimize system integrations using
REST/SOAP APIs
and third-party middleware.
Collaborate with QA teams to support testing and ensure successful releases.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, data models, and solution architectures.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years
of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development.
Deep expertise in
Salesforce Service Cloud
and its capabilities.
Strong development experience with
Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Excellent understanding of the Salesforce
data model, security model
, and integration architecture.
Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, including
REST/SOAP APIs
and middleware platforms.
Salesforce certifications
(e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
