Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Design scalable and user-centric solutions on Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
Act as the product owner or business analyst in Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and integration teams to ensure delivery meets functional expectations.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), training sessions, and post-implementation support.
Optimize business processes using Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Maintain data integrity and support data migration, cleansing, and reporting initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce standard objects, data models, and declarative tools.
Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
Familiarity with user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and other security settings.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in declarative Salesforce tools (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts)
Reporting & Dashboards
Data import/export tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
Familiarity with sandbox and release management process
Functional Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive delivery
Business process mapping and re-engineering
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
