to manage the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Odoo modules and a good understanding of business processes across sales, inventory, accounting, purchasing, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules based on company needs
Analyze business requirements and design efficient ERP solutions
Develop custom Odoo modules and features (if Technical Expert)
Provide ongoing support and training to end users
Integrate Odoo with third-party apps and external systems (e.g., payment gateways, e-commerce platforms)
Maintain system stability, performance, and data accuracy
Create detailed documentation for developed features and workflows
Support in bug fixing and version upgrades
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2-5 years of proven experience in Odoo implementation (v13-v17)
Strong functional knowledge of Odoo core modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.
Experience in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript (for Technical roles)
Familiarity with Odoo Studio, Odoo.sh, or on-premise deployments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Odoo Certification (Functional or Technical)
Experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or service industries
Experience with Git, API integrations, and third-party connectors
Understanding of UAE VAT and local accounting practices (for UAE-based roles)
