Job Summary (List Format):
- Full-time, Work-from-Office (WFO) role based in the UAE.
- Seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 8+ years of SFMC experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in the UAE real estate domain is required.
- Responsible for developing and deploying marketing campaigns using SFMC.
- Implement data-driven customer journeys utilizing Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Build custom email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and JSON.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, UAE data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms via API (REST/SOAP) and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Utilize various SFMC modules including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Ad Studio, and CloudPages.
- Manage data extensions, contact builder, and attribute groups for campaign segmentation.
- Provide campaign reporting and analytics; familiarity with Datorama is a plus.
- Must possess knowledge of UAE real estate CRM workflows such as lead nurturing and property launches.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.
- UAE Real Estate domain experience is mandatory.
