We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8+ years of experience in SFMC implementations with a minimum of 3 years? hands-on experience in the UAE real estate domain. This is a full-time, Work-from-Office (WFO) position based in the UAE

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and deploy campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Implement data-driven customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio. Strong hands-on expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and JSON. Develop custom email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, UAE data laws). Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio) AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), HTML, CSS API Integrations (REST/SOAP), Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM CloudPages, Microsites, Web Studio, Ad Studio and Mobile Studio Data Extensions, Contact Builder, Attribute Groups Proven success integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Core and third-party platforms. Campaign Reporting, Analytics Builder, Datorama (optional) Knowledge of UAE Real Estate CRM workflows (Lead nurturing, Property Launches, etc.) UAE Real Estate domain experience is mandatory. * Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
