Requirements

1- Presales Solution Engineering:

Lead discovery workshops, craft end-to-end solution architecture, effort estimates and SoW inputs Build POCs and demo assets across Journey Builder, Personalization, Einstein 1 Studio and Data Cloud activation pipelines Present architecture to C-level and IT buyers, respond to RFPs and security reviews Translate business KPIs into measurable solution value and produce presales collateral (deck diagrams, sizing sheets).

2- Delivery Architecture & Governance:

Hand off signed designs to delivery, run architecture onboarding sessions Translate signed designs into sprint?ready epics; run architecture kick?offs and ongoing governance checkpoints with scrum teams Define data models, identity resolution rules, encryption, consent & governance patterns in Data Cloud Oversee code reviews (AMPScript, SSJS, SQL), performance tuning, CI/CD & release gates Own technical risk log and steward architecture decisions during sprints.

3- Practice & People Leadership:

Mentor consultants, create reusable accelerators and reference patterns Contribute thought?leadership blogs / webinars, support hiring interviews Coordinate with sales on pipeline forecasting.

Qualifications:

1- Must Have :

+ 8+ years on the Salesforce platform, incl. 5+ with Marketing Cloud and at least 2 years architecting Data Cloud / CDP solutions + AMP Script, SSJS, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Contact Builder data modeling, Calculated Insights, Activation targets, API-based ingest, integration via middleware + Certifications: Marketing Cloud Admin + Developer + Consultant; Data Cloud Consultant and Integration or Application Architect highly desirable + Consultative toolkit: comfortable running whiteboard sessions, scoping in Jira, writing SoWs, and presenting to execs + Soft skills: crisp storytelling, ability to juggle multiple pursuits, coach junior team members, and thrive in the fast-paced GCC market

2- Nice to have:

Arabic/English bilingual Retail, CPG or Pharma use?case exposure in the region Knowledge of UAE PDPL / GDPR compliance patterns Exposure to AI?driven personalization (Einstein, external ML models)
