Sales Travel Consultant
to join our team. The role involves actively promoting and selling travel services, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and activities
Handle inbound leads, walk-in clients, and convert inquiries into sales
Prepare and present quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Cross-sell and upsell additional services (insurance, transfers, add-on activities)
Stay updated with tourism market trends, competitor offers, and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales within the travel or tourism industry (UAE experience preferred)
Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills
Familiarity with GDS/Amadeus or online booking systems (preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Positive, customer-oriented, and proactive personality
