highly experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales - Travel Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate must be

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and B2B partners globally for inbound travel to Dubai/UAE.
Generate new business leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates and repeat business.
Customize travel solutions (packages, experiences, logistics, etc.) based on client needs including MICE, FIT, and leisure segments.
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to each client's requirements.
Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and Dubai/UAE tourism developments to identify opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events both locally and internationally.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
in the
UAE inbound travel industry
(DMC, tour operator, or corporate travel environment).
Strong portfolio and
existing network of corporate clients and partners
in the GCC, Europe, Asia, or other international markets.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai/UAE's tourism offerings, experiences, hotels, and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and travel booking systems.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, French, German, etc.) are a plus.
Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
