Achiever Properties is looking for a Sales Trainer who is highly assertive, passionate, enthusiastic, optimistic, and a people-oriented individual with strong communication skills who naturally connects with others and guide our agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions. Responsibilities
- Developing, lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with the team
- Design training modules specifically for Agents & New Hires.
- Prepare & manage a training calendar for Agents based on key areas of business and Agents' needs.
- Effectively communicate and drive the Achiever Properties' business goals as it relates to Agents' goals, and/or needs
- Promote all appropriate training programmes to the employees and meet target attendance KPIs.
- Run a full training calendar of all training programmes in accordance with the Organization requirements.
- Well versed with UAE RERA/ DREI laws and train employees to be ready for the License exams.
- Prior training experience in Real Estate would be an advantage
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Experience working with targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask, use initiative and work autonomously.
