Dear Candidate, We are GCH Human Resource currently hiring for one of our reputed leading developers in Dubai Location Designation: Sales Trainer Experience: 4 to 5 Years Location: Dubai Education: Any Graduate Holder The Candidate must know Arabic Speakers Salary - 16 to 18 k Job description:
- Ensure that newly hired sales staff are well equipped with the knowledge and skills required to achieve their targets by preparing & conducting the induction training program that includes but not limited to:
- Market Introductions & insights
- Project Training
- Sales Flow Training
- Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure smooth allocation of sales staff into their teams
- Create and execute a monthly project refresher plans after coordinating with their HODs
- Decide the refresher training method (ILT/Digital) in light of the multiple factors such as how recent the project was launched and how complicated is the content
